Supply Chain Management Analyst

Moved to this position to work with PAE to analyze and provide resolution to improve the supply chain process for the movement of repair parts in support of the National Maintenance Strategy- Ground Vehicle Support (NMS-GVS) contract. While there I improved the ANDSF supply chain management system and related processes and streamlined the NMS Supply chain management supply and distribution processes. I also modernized the Afghan systems to identify, optimize, and resolve organization and readiness problems.

Logistics Systems Manager and Senior Sustainment Mentor

Worked with the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) and the Afghanistan National Police (ANP) Logistics Community. As the Senior Sustainment Mentor, I successfully coordinated efforts to achieve multi-echelon sustainment and logistics mentoring and training to the ANA and ANP relating to planning and executing strategic initiatives that build enduring capability. Senior Advisor to the Commandant of Iraqi Army Service and Support Institute (IASSI) and liaison for the Combined Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT)

I advised the Commandant for IASSI and was the Officer in Charge (OIC) for CMATT. I was also responsible for the force protection and life support of 26 Military Advisors, a 30-person interpreter team, and 70 Iraqi staff members and instructors. I provided logistics doctrinal guidance, and mentorship to the Commandant, Executive Officer, and the Logistics Training Wing Commander. I provided direction for program of instruction (POI) development, planning and execution of logistical and medical institute operations.
